I love the window seat -- this is similar to my new condo -- to be built. I like the idea of the table but how does the traffic flow work around it. It looks as though the table would cut off the flow. Maybe the photo doesn't capture the actual proportions. Or maybe it's a clever pull-out table -- pull it out when you want it?
