My husband and I are in the midst of a kitchen remodel. Unfortunately we cannot agree on a countertop material. It's going to be a white kitchen similar to this beauty with any luck. He prefers a light counter similar these perimeter counters. I wanted soapstone but do like these as well. Would you share the name of this material? Looks a bit like marble which I fear is out for me (I'm too OCD). Can you recommend a granite we can get in Maine that is light and beautiful?
