If it is at all velvety, it could be Chrysler Imperial

I forgot to submit some additional information about it, but this rose is apparently a hot weather rose seeing that I come from Singapore. Its also not so strong smelling and has whiffs of cinnamon and ginger up close. In total I've counted, it has roughly only 20 to 25 petals at full bloom. Not to mention, when I asked the shop keeper who sold me this rose, she just noted that is was a 'normal' red rose that is usually sold at Valentines. (I pointed out the white stripes and she just passed that off as normal coloration sometimes)

But yes, the rose is indeed velvety. Thanks for the input by the way. X)
