My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It's riff sawn white oak, 5" wide with a satin poly finish.

    "Rift Sawn Only" White Oak. It will have all tight vertical grain. Its a very special cut of Oak that is created using the Rift & Quartered sawing pattern when breaking down the logs into lumber. Its our specialty. Sorry for being nerdy about it :-D
