My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What a great idea! Are the sunshades pulled manually down the track? Are they any additional pics?

    The canopy itself is made by a company called Backyard America. It is power operated with a simple switch inside the house. We spent time integrating this standardized system into the steel structure. We have a time-lapse of it working on our website: bobswain.com
