Back Porch

We live in California and have been in drought conditions for 4 years.
The problem is the porch is sinking and causing in damage to the interior fire place
and the we are concern it may be affecting the roof.
The flooring is flag stone. It has now cracked away from the house and has some cracks across the flag stone. It is also sinking.
Any ideas on how to address the problem?
