My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      Joseph, CAD files are not necessary at this point but we are considering building on property in western washington and i love the open concept of the greatroom/kitchen and would love to see the design drawings to know how that space relates to sleeping quarters, garage, etc. I would certainly be interested in working with your firm in the future.Thanks!
