My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Hey there. What kind of wood is that and where did you get it ?

    Good morning, The wood is Ipe, a tropical hardwood. This was installed as a rain screen system, so the siding is held off the building about 3/4" by aluminum clips.


    We sourced the material through Hayward Lumber, a local supplier in Pacific Grove, Ca.
