My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Water based clear polyurethane in a matte finish is what you seek. :-)

      how do you recommend sealing/finishing the white oak if matte natural is the preferred look? will oil based sealents amber the white oak? any products you recommend over others especially for high traffic areas like the kitchen

      Apply monocoat umo. Yes oil based poly will significantly amber white oak.
