Demolition is hard on the body but most floors come up fairly easily. Rent an electric demo hammer, one you can easily lift. rent the clay spade for it. Bet the first tile out with a hammer and pry bar and then use the electric hammer and spade to chisel up the rest. Partner up and take turns loading the wheelbarrow and chipping tile. The change in body mechanics makes the day hurt a little less.

Yep! That's why we get the big bucks. Just like athletes, those blue collar guys sacrifice their bodies every day. I've had so many x-rays and stitches...I've lost count.
