My husband and I are considering purchasing this home. The whole house is a gut job inside. We have plenty of ideas for that but we are really struggling with what to do with the exterior. We love the layout inside but we think this definitely needs some curb appeal. A couple of things about us/this project - we don't want to break the bank doing the exterior as most of the money will be spent on the inside, we like a southern farmhouse look - simple and modest. We are torn about keeping or removing the porch. The off centered front door is what is throwing us for a loop. I know new landscaping would go a long way here but we think there is more to be done.

Any thoughts out there?
