My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

September Lotto Quilt

I used 12 of the September lotto blocks to make a child's quilt to send to the victims of the California wild fires. Thanks, Linda, for getting the address of the quilt shop that is collecting and distributing the quilts. I'll get it off in the mail tomorrow. The quilt is not particularly child-like, but it's bright and colorful, and I hope it will bring a little comfort to a little one who has lost so much.

    You set a high standard, Lois. How can we possibly be that efficient. Such a lovely group of lotto blocks. It's always nice to see what becomes of them. Some child will treasure it. I hope you put a label to show where you live. I think those labels will be as interesting to kids as the quilts themselves. Thanks.
