I am about 5-6 years out from a complete kitchen reno, but I'm not a big fan of my cabinets right now... what do I do? They are solid, good quality with soft close hinges.

I repainted old cabinets in a previous house, and they didn't hold up all that well but maybe if it is professionally done the outcome would be better?

The backsplash is new, and it is drawing attention to the brown cabinets :(
