I would very much appreciate if you know the name I am in love with this bush and can't find anything that looks like it anywhere. Photo taken this spring in far west Texas. USA

Looking at the foliage it could be Peace/Mme A Meilland.

Very pretty. I always pass over Peace in ordering because it is so common. I've never even looked at one. I didn't realize Peace was so delicate and refined looking. ( if this is indeed Peace) I don't know why I had a picture in my mind of a larger, kind of shapeless, more washed out bloom for Peace. I better take a closer look at Peace. There must be a reason I see it listed all over. Love those varied flower colors!

I fell in love with Peace as a child when it was first released in Australia. The colours are beautiful, especially in warmer climates. The only problem now is that the clones available here are often quite weak growers compared to the early plants, but it is worth growing.

I especially like the sport, Chicago Peace with the colors more intense. There is also a Pink Peace.
