Building in a subdivision but with a completely different look

Hello everyone,

need advice here..we are looking at a nice subdvision in a nice location. The builder is good quality and we like the location of the 8 houses, close to the major highway and amenities. However, we are worried about the fact that the houses in that subdivision are mostly vinyl with brick and stone accents, while we want to build a stucco/brick combination. While the houses have different stone accents, they all look and feel similar...our house would be brick and stone with stucco. My question is: will this stand out too much and lool weird? also will it effect our resale value if we are different than other homes?

thanks so much!
