How would this fit against a wall with a 3.25" baseboard?

I would like the unit to fit flush to the wall. It looks like the legs are slightly inset, but how about the back surface? It looks like the molding, and perhaps the top, would keep most of the cabinet about 3/4" away from the wall. Please advise. Thanks.
