Oh my. That's a lot of choices! If you want a real pop, then go with the complementary color to your sage, which will be in the tomato range. Or consider a color that is similar in saturation level to the sage, meaning if it's a soft sage, go with a soft color (a blue with gray undertones would be lovely). I can't imagine that one would want to cook on pink day after day, but that might be me. I'd love to see what you choose!
