I personally like the arabesque. The first mosaic tile would make an eye catching inset over a range, but the diagonal lines and dark inset dots may be too busy for an entire backsplash.

My concern is founded on being too trendy. Arabesque is popular and I'm unsure I will love that in 5 or 10 years. The basket weave is more timeless. Here is a photo of that look as well. Thoughts?

2nd one "Vennato carrara" stone is better for backs plasch.

Design like 1st one we often using for shower floor or small bathroom floors.

Already addressed and ordered appliances - there are two sinks on opposite corners. (This is a kosher kitchen) One cabinet in between each sink and dishwasher to left and right to accommodate comfortable opening. Pop up downdraft by wolf (and wolf cooktop) to address venting.
