I go for pulls that are about 1/3 the width of the drawer.

Thanks very much, sounds like a good formula. Do you generally do knobs on just the cupboards or pulls on both drawers and cupboards?

It also depends a bit on how much the drawers vary in size -- I might just pick one pull size for everything, as long as it won't be radically out of scale...

Hi acm, I have found that one size usually doesn't work. The drawer widths do vary....utensils vs pot drawers, etc. but using a small width pull on a pot drawer just doesn't work. Using the 1/3 guide, these different width drawer pulls attain a symmetry and scale that is pleasing.
