Hunter's Star finally done!

Here is the Hunter's Star quilt I've been whining about for so long! It's for our godson's HS graduation next summer. I had a lot of issues with the bias edges (even with starch). I used Bonnie Hunter's bonus triangle technique for the HSTs in the border. Then of course I sewed a long and a short border so they slanted the wrong way, and had to unstitch and resew them...grrr!

I was afraid quilting would be a bear since I didn't think it was very flat, but it was actually very easy. I briefly considered continuing the opposite colors in the binding, but decided to use the same fabric as the backing instead.
