My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi. We didn't install the flooring, but I know it was Marmoleum. One of the 'Real' colors, I think. Lee.

    The flooring is Armstrong Marmorette in Bamboo Tan. The color is very warm and linoleum is nice under foot. Plus it has the added benefit of having a subtle pattern that's busy enough to not show every speck of dirt.
