My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

love the chair: what is actual color of wood???

online wood looks like it has a reddish hue which is what I want.
However I need confirmation that this is indeed accurate.
I do not want a real brown finish.

    This item does have a brown finish look to it. It's not "reddish hue" you are looking for.

    Hi! Is the seat leather dark brown or black? I have two of these chairs that I bought from DWR a few years ago and I am trying to match them.
