This looks great so far! I have an almost identical setup that I'm working on right now. I second the idea of scooting the sofa and even the rug a few inches back from the fireplace so it's not so crowded. I'd go with a square or round table that will be equally accessible from both couches. What colors do you like? Would you stick with cools to complement the grey's you have in there so far?

I also like what they did with the glass table and orange accents in this room.

Have you tried placing your couches across from each other? I think the coffee table in the picture below would be nice with your couch style..a touch mid-century/simple/modern and you could add white and grey graphic pillows, some fake fur and then a 3rd color you may want to bring into the room. Make sure the art is very large and you could add roman blinds.

I agree wth previous comments to move the rug and furniture back a bit from the fireplace. A coffee table with glass top would look great. And I love the neutral colors, but the walls could use some big wall art with colors that you could pull out in accessories.
