What is the countertop material and color.

    This countertop is soapstone. Depending on where it is quarried, it can appear black or slightly greenish black and colour can be altered when oiling during maintance. Soapstone does require some maintenance, and if scratched, can be sanded out to remove damage, and then sealed again with an oil rub.
