Photoshop help with trim

I was hoping to get some photoshop help with the trim. A few Suggestions were charcoal and gray. I was hoping to see white (same color as walls) for the comparison before I started sanding all of the trim. Anyone out there that could help would be a lifesaver. I can take better pictures too. If I need to.
