How do I make the constant annoying tips permanently go away

    Do you mean those little green "tags" that hang and swing back and forth when you look at some photos? If that's what you mean, when you're looking at one of those photos, put your cursor on the photo and a menu bar will pop up. On the right of that menu bar is a "tag". Click on it to toggle the tags on and off.
