Is anybody out there??

Can you take a closer picture of the branches? It looks like they haven't started to die back yet (turn brown) but hard to tell. Most likely the soil it's in holds too much water so the roots are staying too wet. I'd recommend taking it out the pot and looking at the soil ball. If it's still wet you may need to repot into a looser, better draining mix. There are lots of posts on here about a good mix called 5-1-1 but regular potting mix with lots of perlite mixed in should work for a temporary repot. A good idea is also to look at getting a moisture meter or poke a wooden dowel in the soil and use that to determine when to water instead of a set schedule.

Still looks green and alive. I would not repot right now. I would limit water and use a wooden dowel to see when it needs water. It may take months to leaf out again. As long as the wood is green it is still good.
