My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This is a three story house with a two car garage in front and a separate third car along the side that is not visible in this picture. The home is approx. 4,000 sq. ft. not including the third floor. The property is approx. 80' x 147' but every neighborhood has different setback restrictions so it is important to check that out first.
