Design help!!

We are designing a kitchen and I'm a bit torn on a few items!! A bit about usage....this kitchen is for our second home, but will become our primary home in about 10 years. I am an avid cook and baker and would desperately like two ovens.

The configuration will include one 14 foot run of cabinets on an exterior wall, where I hope to have the refrigerator and cooking. There will be a ~ 7' x 5' island where I hope to house the dishwasher and sink.

We tend to have a lot of guests and entertain a lot so I was thinking of getting a 36" refrigerator. I would really like 2 ovens, and I have been debating between a 48" all gas range and a cooktop/wall oven setup and I'm still torn...

range pros: less expensive than separate pieces, provides focal point in kitchen, ease of use when cooking from cooktop to oven, hood above vented to exterior wall if I'm using the broiler

cooktop/wall oven pros: better baking performance(?), ergonomics

I almost feel like I answered my own question with the above, but I still can't shake that a set of electric double wall ovens would most likely perform better for baking, but I'm not really sure bc I have always used gas without issue.

I welcome any help/ideas!
