    Ceiling is 3 inch tongue and groove cedar. Should be available at any good local building supplier...

    It is beautiful! Did you do an oil rub finish (tung oil) or did you stain or do you need to so it doesn't weather? I don't know much about wood, but I'm guessing grade a since no knots? Thanks again.

    You can treat it with a clear exterior polyurethane to protect or add a stain (rubbed on with a rag) and than a polyurethane coating for protection over the stain.
