I need advice. I need to relocate my log burner to my new lounge as part of a renovation project. Owing to restrictions as to where the flue can go ( we don't have a chimney and cannot build one) I have 3 choices as shown on the attached sketch.
The furniture I need to fit in is:
A large 3 seater sofa
2 armchairs ( could be switched for a sofa in the future)
A tv and it's cabinet
A book case (could go elsewhere )
It's a family home.
Option A: this is the far corner of the room and the sofa might be a bit too close to the fire and you might not see it if I put a sofa on the back wall.
Option B: I am not sure if this is a good location or not . I could fit a corner sofa in though?
Option C : if I go for this you will see the flue through the window and we will not be able to have curtains here ( I'm investigating a window with integrated blinds to reduce the fire risk ). But it frees up 2 walls for seating.

Any thoughts on which option would be best and where to put the furniture so that the room doesn't feel awkward would be a great help.
