Fiskars is total garbage. Designed to sell to people that think bLowes and Home Dopey sell tools. They mostly sell the illusion of tools. You can't even buy a decent shovel at those places. And the crap they call lumber????

They are excellent but depending on what hedge you are trimming. I use them on my Indian Hawthorne hedges that have branches up to 1/2". They are the best thing ever for Strelitzia and Bird of Paradise as they are long enough to trim them and sharp. Even up to cutting good sized palm fronds. Plan on learning how to sharpen good tools.
