Yes, all tile needs to be grouted including the wood plank tiles. Using the mudset method and rectified porcelain you can achieve a narrower grout joint that will give it a more realistic wood floor look. For a grout with superior stain resistance I would recommend Laticrete epoxy grout. Best of luck with your project.
