Lines in the stucco

Hello. Can you please tell me how you achieved the "grid" lines in the stucco? Is there some kind of easy trim reveal that is used to get the line?

This is an EIFS stucco system, which means that there is a layer of rigid foam beneath the stucco itself. The guys carve the reveal lines into the foam using an electric heated knife before the final mesh and finish coats are applied.
