My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Historic brick/rock cottage with black trim?

This home was built in 1926. Inside renovations are underway, and the landscape will be tackled in Spring after outside trim is done. Most area brick homes are trimmed in safe white or yellows/beiges/browns, but this prominent corner house needs something different. I appreciate whimsy, so am strongly considering all-black trim with sapphire blue door. I would very much appreciate ideas or feedback.
