My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The tile came from a local supplier, Pental. Natural stone, especially slate, has a lot of variation and often goes by different names at different suppliers. Stock will change from batch to batch or year to year as it comes out of the earth. My best advice is to check stock at your local supplier and show them this picture to see what they can offer. (This bathroom was completed in 2010)
