Did you contact the vendor? They should know or they should follow up with the company on your behalf. I'd recommend going to this website and clicking on the 'Contact us' tab. There are some toll-free numbers there. Call one of them and explain your situation and hopefully they can provide you with the information you need.

Those ranges are manual clean correct? No self cleaning feature.

My house came with some very dirty wall ovens. I used baking soda and vinegar to remove the gunk. Not sure about between the glass, but there were some other posters somewhere on here talking about how they handled that. Might have been in the household cleaning tips thread? YouTube might be worth checking out too and you might even find someone showing how to do it on your particular model.

If oven cleaner does not work, get a jug of GoJo Orange Hand Cleaner at
probably any hardware, auto
parts store or Costco. This is the stuff that will easily remove the
black grime from an auto mechanics hands and it is amazing for kitchen
grease also. Just rub it in, wipe it off, repeat and follow with glass
cleaner to shine it up. I cleaned the porcelain on the inside of a GE
convection oven that had been baked on for years with it in a few
minutes after every other approach did not work. Works on the glass
window too.

I used baking soda mixed with water in a paste. Apply it and wait for several minutes. A little rubbing around with loosen the grime and then you can clean the glass typical way.

I’ve had my Bertazzoni for 8 years and really would like to clean the oven door in between glass. So following to see if someone’s found the best option.

I found the following manual which describes how to remove the door for cleaning. trying now.

This video says to use an SOS pad on the interior glass of the door and oven degreaser with warm soapy water on the inside. I'm going to be doing this today on our Bertazzoni.

@scared62- how did the cleaning go? were you able to get the doors off and back on pretty easily? @James Deandro- that's good to know about the SOS pads- but our real problem here is that there are two panes of glass with (we believe) no way to clean between them without taking the door off!

Do you use the gojo orange smooth hand cleaner or the one with pumice?

I plug up all the vent holes with towels and then sit a bowl of ammonia inthe oven overnight .The next morning it wipes out without much trouble I will say you should proably clean it a little more often than once every 7 yrs. As for the stuff in between the glass I had the repair guy to show me how to remove the inside part of the door to get at the glass. I have the same problem with my KA wall oven not sure how it gets in there.

i tried to be good husband and clean our Bertazzoni with the vinegar and baking soda. The oven looked great but I had several drip marks in between the glass. it looked awful and my wife absolutely hated it. I did not think I would ever get it clean.

Here is a link to how to take out the first piece of glass. There are 4 screws that hold in the middle piece of glass. Lay a towel on the counter and Take your time. After three years of letting it go, she is finally happy.

Found an answer to disassembling the door and cleaning the inside glass from the Bertazzoni owners manual. There are two stainless retaining clips at the bottom you slide inwards to release and remove the inside glass. From there you can use a phillips screwdriver to release the middle crystal. Be very wary of the direction of the glass when you reassemble; smooth glass goes towards the inside of the oven.
