Without more info, I dunno.

If it's crooked by one lower corner lifting before the other, then it's a cable length (slipping) problem. A problem that can have many causes but most of which are simple. A pic of the upper cable ends would be nice as there are a gazillion different spring/pulley/set screw arrangements. Maybe a cable is coming loose from the door because the bottom bracket that it attaches to is loosening up because the installer spun the lags or because your 16 year old can't back out to save his life. Could be anything.

But, the track is both riveted (factory) to brackets and bolted (installer) to them too, and unless a rivet or bolt is loose, ignore it. It APPEARS the rollers are plastic. They really need only the most minor of lube, if at all. If steel with bearings, lube the ball bearings with thick motor oil or spray grease with a tube applicator. You should also not need to lube the tracks themselves unless you've got serious wear and tear or a heavily dirty environment (like a machine shop).
