Help with dining room rug

Just bought a new dining room table and are looking for a rug to go under the table. See adjacent living room. I am struggling! I am thinking of a sand/beige color but keep coming back to light blue. I want flat weave as the chairs will be moving around. The walls are White Sand BM I know I could use a rug in the living room too!

You don't have room in the DR for the right size rug, because it needs to be 4' wider and longer than your table, yet not run into the walls or furniture on the walls. In the LR, I'd like the rug to slip under the front 1/3 of all the seating pieces and extend past the ends of them by a foot or more. This one seems to have a mix of good colors for your spaces.
