I've been waiting for almost two months. What is the turn around time?

Hey Emily, When submitting a request I only receive a form reply that the turn around time is 2 weeks. It has been over 2 months and my products are still in "pending status". Contacting houzz support is of no help at all.

How long does it take? There are some products that are no longer available because the pending time is taking too long, I do not understand how it works. If Houzz continuing to approve manually like this, then Amazon may take over. I really hope they will change it soon!

We are STILL waiting. It's been over a year and we are just about to give up.

We got the record: 8 Months to approve 38 Products! We uploaded them on August 25th, 2021 and they were approved today April 14th, 2022!

They were planters, a great selling item in Summer/Fall so we lost last year season and now most of those items are no longer available...

We have been selling on Houzz for long time and frankly at Houzz they improved many things since the inception like ability to communicate with the customer (saving many orders for us) and lately the ability of splitting the order BUT we are greatly discouraged in uploading new products because the extremely (and unreasonable I shall say) approval time!

We cannot figure out the reason of this delays and we assume it would be something pretty easy to do, even if working from home... :)
