My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Our new roof top deck

What is the seating made of? Where was it purchased or was it custom made? Love the overall look! Is the fire pit built in with a natural gas source?

Thank you for your comment. Yes, the fire pit is custom made and installed with a natural gas connection. We have to refer the seating question to the builder and interior designer: Patterson Construction Corp. in Newport Beach, CA. I believe they had these pieces custom made.
