I'm having a real hard time reading your post, but I think you are asking why your bananas are browning in patches. It's the fruits typical response to ripening. Different patterns may be due to numerous factors some of which are how the fruit was handled and packed.

I was just wondering what factors might have caused the banana to start browning differently you can see that the light browning started in the center of the banana in the concave side and the top of the banana near the stems artwork browning turning black like a normal banana would

Ray, there is no 'normal' pattern........as suggested by brandon, numerous factors can affect the ripening process, most of which may have happened before you brought the bananas home.

I think ya must have rolled one of those zig-zags before posting this..? ;)
