Effecting a purchase

I am in the process of effecting a purchase on this app. I will be sending the item ( a chandelier) to an address in US who will then forward it to my address in Malta ( Europe). I managed to fill in the first step being the shipping address but then when filling the billing address which has to match with those held on my card being my address in Malta, I had no option other than US & Canada. How can I proceed with the transaction?
