So I posted about my kids bathroom. Simultaneously I am doing the master bath. Totally different look. Went to tile store, worked with their designer and chose tile which I'll attach photos below. Both floor and wall are porcelain. Lighter color is for the wall. And a decorative stone trim.
Designer at the tile store recommended that we use the metal edge instead of a bullnose. I'm pretty sure there is no bullnose for these types of tiles anyway. Contractor is concerned about how it will look on the wall vertically when on one side of the corner it's full tile to the ceiling and the other side is only half way up. I found a photo on Houzz that is similar to how our set up is and I will attach that as well. To me the Houzz photo looks fine. In fact I might reconsider and use those tiles for my bathroom lol! But seriously, I can show the contractor these photos but is there any other solution that will appease him? Or is he just looking for an excuse to do poor work and then blame me saying he told me it wouldn't look right. Does this make any sense? Can anyone help me figure this out? Thank you!!
