My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Office room - blank slate - help design

our office room is 11.5'x12'. French open doors. Two sides wals. One side two big windows. Dark hardwood floors. We want to go with more contemporary look. Again I am reaching out for your help in giving ideas and sources. Thank you again for your time and help.

Here's my idea. Double sided desk so if you want to play a board game or cards. Great space for doing crafts or wrapping a gift. If you don't want a tv in there, just put a clock there. I would do a shallower depth loveseat. Want to have there feet between it and desk. Unfortunately, the furniture in my program is set. Sources would be IKEA, Home Decorators or Ballard Designs.
