Could you share how wide is the wallway to both sides of the fireplace wall? 36 inches? Thx!

Hello! The clearance is about 3'-8" on one side, and 3'-11" on the other.

I like the way the stone around the fire place only goes up so far then returns to drywall. Makes a clean separation. Just noticed the balance of stone below and above the fireplace. Maybe that's why it looks clean.
