It looks like you are leaning towards purple with the existing
accents on the bed. You could continue
with that; its complimentary color (yellow); or consider a natural element like
wood or stone. Your best bet would be
going to a store with lots of variety (in Canada Homesense has a wide
selection) and shop for something that you love. If you would like to make the room a little
more dramatic, you could consider painting the wall behind the headboard, under
the bulk head a dark color (Benjamin Moore, Kendall Charcoal HC-166 might be a
nice choice).
