My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Love the floor

Can you tell me who manufacturers that floor? Is it engineered or solid wood? Can you also tell me the plank size?

    It is a pre-finished 2-3/4" brazilian cherry flooring that was produced for commercial use, Abercrombie and Fitch stores across the country used to have it as well as others. Unfortunately both the flooring and the manufacturer in Ontario no longer exist. We have not found a refinished black flooring that we like as much since then.
