Is there a floor plan available for this home?

Curious about the general layout, # of bedrooms, etc. Looks like an upside down house (main living area is on the second floor). Look the look- modern+rustic and looks like a good empty nester or bachelor home.

Thank you for your inquiry. Yes the Tarn Trail is an "upside down" house with the great room (kitchen, living & dining) & the master suite upstairs. Downstairs is the 2-car garage, den , laundry room, 2 small bedrooms & a bathroom. We designed this home for an "empty-nester" retired couple from Denver as their primary residence. This has 1838 SF of finished / livable area & 568 SF for the garage & mechanical closet.
