Flair is right. You need a landscape architect. Make an appointment with one and show up with your paper copy of the house. New houses need designs anyway.

If you're looking for lighting specifically you might want to research "landscape lighting" companies in your area. I think you'll find that a company that specializes in lighting may do a better job than most landscapers or even landscape architects. Of course that's not always the case. It sounds like you're in the design or building phase of your home at the moment?

Some landscape architects will use, or recommend, professional lighting companies as well.
